Attain is a platform to view real-time data of financial transactions from other businesses across all verticals to inform decisions in purchasing, investment, and more. They needed to reap more of what they already had with Salesforce as their business grew, seeking further strategies to inform their sales and client services decisions.
The challenge
A client of ours since 2021, our relationship with Attain began with a Sales Cloud implementation. At this time, they were looking to SMI to leverage our financial services expertise to set up Sales Cloud for their team to consolidate information stored across several systems.
Recently, Attain required more advanced Salesforce knowledge to enhance visibility into opportunity fulfillment, offer additional financial analytics for active accounts, improve data clarity, segregate account types, and automate the assignment of client services managers.

- Enhancing Sales Cloud customization to improve the lead-to-close process
- Segmenting accounts and pertinent details to enhance user experience
- Providing detailed reports on accounts for effective pipeline management, account retention, cross-selling, upselling, agency affiliation, and customer interactions.
- Implementing flows to automate the connection of client services staff to suitable opportunities
- Conducting calculations for scheduled and projected revenue based on: the last interaction with accounts, sales opportunities, client emails, meetings, and other contributing factors. This facilitated management decisions regarding sales and marketing strategies.
