• GovInvest was generating quotes manually in Microsoft Excel sheets with a complex pricing model, which made the quote-to-cash process very time consuming and inefficient

• They were generating proposals in multiple, non-standardized formats (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or PDF-versions)
  There was no ability to generate valuable reporting, since most valuable data lived outside Salesforce
