About CalMed Hawaii

Beyond delivering female-centric medical supplies hard to come by in Hawaii, particularly breast pumps, CalMed Hawaii also offers educational resources and support groups for their customers. Expanding beyond sunny Hawaii, they currently have offices in Arizona and Colorado.

Challenge

Medical supplies are typically sold in-person through sales reps. But, just like most industries, it’s also going digital – CalMed Hawaii didn’t want to be left behind.

Our Approach

These workshops are an excellent opportunity for our customers to clarify their need(s), hear the voice of their intended users, ideate on the best ideas from all stakeholders, align on the ‘ask’, and educate SMI allowing us to become full creative partners with a strong understanding of the business model and culture.

With this knowledge, together we move through a design and agile development process that is both mission critical and efficient. Our outcomes are proving time and time again, that we understand what it takes to bring a transformative digital experience to realization.

Outcome

CalMed Hawaii’s digital presence has skyrocketed. Our client has informed us that the success metrics are off the chart. Luckily, we understand the importance of scaleability. All of our work – design and development – is done knowing that mission critical digital experiences must be measurable and scaleable. We just get it!
