Automating lead assignments using Assignment Rules and Workflows will

The workflows are customized based on stage of opportunity and action required, and can be data-triggered or time-triggered.
The workflows can merge fields to include data from Opportunity insertable into email templates.
They can create Activities for completed tasks.




Data Validation

Maintain data integrity by utilizing Data Cloud and/or field validations.
The field validations will ensure data is entered in proper format for reporting. Duplicate Check rules will alert user if the data’s already in the system.
Automated system audits can report on violations of data entry rules.




Customized Communication Templates

Build merge templates for Proposals, Quotes and Invoices and Branded templates for hospitality management companies.
Templates also include Quotes with varying verbiage based on business size and type and invoices that reflect tax exempt or payment statuses.
(Requires addition of CPQ or native document generation functionality.)

Social Media Integration

Leverages social media to track customers and companies,
allowing you to keep up with company news and customer posts right in Salesforce.
